I´ve decided to change my project on October 2009. The original project, Issue of keeping the safety distance between the vehicles on the roads is still running as my diploma thesis. But I realized, that it isn´t possible to finish it till January 2010. New project deals with speed issue in 30 km per hour zone "Bartosova ctvrt" in my birth town. The brief summary of whole problematic is added in PDF format.
